Maya
In God's plan and play the sole function of maya ( Satan ) is to attempt to divert man from Spirit to matter, from reality to unreality. Maya is a veil of illusion.

Meditation
Generally interiorised concentration with the objective of perceiving God. When the devotee has attained that fixed concentration whereby he disconnects his attention from the senses and is completely undisturbed by sensory impressions from the outer world.

Medulla
The principle point of entry of life force ( prana ) into the body, seat of the sixth center who's function is to receive and direct the incoming flow of cosmic energy. The life force is stored in the seventh centre in the topmost part of the brain. From that reservoir it is distributed throughout the body.

Mahavtar Babaji
Mahavatar Babaji is the name given to an Indian saint by Shyamacharan Lahiri and several of his disciples who met Mahavatar Babaji between 1861 and 1935. Some of these meetings were described by Paramahansa Yogananda in his book Autobiography of a Yogi, including a first hand telling of Yogananda's own meeting with Mahavatar Babaji. Another first hand account was given by Yukteswar Giri in his book The Holy Science. All of these accounts, along with additional meetings with Mahavatar Babaji, are described in various biographies of those mentioned by Yogananda. (From Wikipedia).
